During the initial 75-minute assessment session, we will engage in a comprehensive evaluation to understand your unique circumstances and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. This assessment session is priced at $225, which includes pre-treatment planning and the collection of relevant resources to ensure we address your concerns effectively.

Subsequent therapy sessions will be 50 minutes in duration and priced at $175 each. While I do not accept insurance directly, I am happy to provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement or application towards your deductible.

These common issues can cause to individuals to struggle with sex and relationships

Fortunately, with the support and guidance of therapy, individuals can overcome these challenges.

Intimacy Issues

Intimacy is a fundamental part of a healthy relationship. However, many adults struggle with intimacy-related issues that can have a negative impact on their overall well-being. Some of these issues include life changes, which affect romantic or sex life, lack of sexual education in young adulthood, infidelity, and sexual dysfunction. Fortunately, therapy can provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to work through these challenges and improve their relationships. Intimacy issues in relationships can arise from a variety of factors, such as past traumas, communication problems, or differing expectations. I can help individuals identify and address the underlying issues that are contributing to their intimacy issues. I can also teach communication and coping skills that can improve intimacy and overall relationship satisfaction.

Lack of Sexual Education

Lack of sexual education in the early stages of adulthood can be an incredibly challenging experience, often leaving individuals feeling confused, ashamed, and uncomfortable when it comes to matters of their own sexuality. However, it’s essential to remember that seeking support from a compassionate therapist can make a significant difference in how we engage with sexuality and intimacy. With my guidance, you can find a safe and judgment-free space to ask questions, gain knowledge about your body, and explore your sexuality in a healthy and nurturing way. Remember, you are not alone on this journey, and there is support available to help you navigate through it.

Infidelity

Healing from infidelity is a complex process that can take time. Both individuals in the relationship may experience a wide range of emotions, including anger, sadness, guilt, and shame. A therapist can provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to process these emotions and begin to work through the underlying issues that contributed to the infidelity.

One of the key goals of therapy after infidelity is to rebuild trust. This can be a challenging process, as trust is often shattered after an affair. A therapist can help establish clear communication, set healthy boundaries, and work through any underlying issues that may have contributed to the infidelity.

In addition to rebuilding trust, therapy can also help individuals and couples develop healthier coping strategies. This may involve learning new communication skills, practicing self-care, and finding healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety.

Sexual Dysfunction

Sexual dysfunction, such as erectile dysfunction, low libido, or vaginismus can be caused by a variety of physical and psychological factors. A therapist can help individuals identify and address these factors, and may also refer them to a medical professional for further evaluation and treatment. Sexual dysfunction is a common issue that affects many individuals at some point in their lives. It can be caused by physical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or hormonal imbalances, as well as psychological factors such as anxiety, stress, or depression.

Kink and BDSM

My mission is to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for the numerous kinks and fetishes that exist within our society. With a focus on education and advocacy, I strive to create an inclusive environment where individuals can explore their desires without fear of judgment or shame.

Within my practice, I use several resources to support people who are new to exploring kink, as well as those who are more seasoned BDSM practitioners. Whether it’s through one-on-one counseling, group therapy sessions, or educational workshops, my goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to learn, grow, and connect.

My aim is to provide guidance and support to individuals who are curious about exploring different areas of interest in consensual BDSM in order for clients to foster their own safe and compassionate play spaces. By promoting open and honest communication, we work together to build healthy relationships based on consent, trust, and mutual respect. I am informed by both Safe, Sane, Consensual and Risk-Aware Consensual Kink frameworks.
